Wake up Early
Wake up with plenty of time to spare before you have to go into class or work. Take a few deep breaths, shower if that helps, and get ready for the day ahead.

Get Plenty of Sleep
Late nights are inevitable in college and early adult life. Try to make sure that on nights before something important like a test or big project that you get plenty of rest so you wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day.
